Why Patients Choose Coordinated Accident Records

Physician-LED review

Our board-certified pain management physicians review the injury history, symptoms, and examination findings before discussing treatment. This service is the right fit for crash-related pain, but it is not a substitute for emergency care.

Focused injury scope

We treat documentation as part of accident injury care, so the record follows the patient’s symptoms and clinical findings. We do not provide general primary care or workers’ compensation care.

Treatment records that connect

Interventional options such as epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, and nerve blocks can be documented alongside the clinical reason for care.

The staff (Tracy) and the medical folks are very nice. They explain everything to you in plain language before you even get started, and once you see doctor (Dr Scott), the assistant (Areyana) is gentle & sweet. They both will walk you through the entire process verbally, as they go and they make sure you are good before you leave as well. Above & beyond when it comes to bedside manner. Just make sure you don't get lost in the Kroger parking lot, listening to GPS. The clinic is inside Arrowhead across the street, behind Subway.

Questions About Accident Care Records

How should I prepare information for a pain consultation?

Insurance forms should come first, followed by symptom notes, previous records, medication bottles, and surgery history. Bring what you have, even if the file is incomplete. Premier Injury Specialists can review the available information during an injury evaluation. Patients should also describe when symptoms began, what worsens them, and how the pain affects daily activity.

What happens during the first injury evaluation for Medical Documentation?

The first evaluation covers the crash history, symptoms, examination findings, and treatment needs. The physician asks about pain location, movement limits, earlier care, and relevant health history. The record may support discussion of injections, nerve blocks, or other interventional treatment when the clinical findings fit. The care team explains the next steps before treatment proceeds.

Which records should I bring if I had earlier treatment?

Previous examination notes, imaging reports, procedure records, medication details, and surgery information are useful. Bring the original documents or accessible copies when possible. Our team reviews those records with your current symptoms and examination findings. Earlier treatment does not decide the next plan by itself, because the physician must assess your present condition.

When are injections discussed during accident care?

Injections are discussed when the examination and documented symptoms support a possible interventional treatment. Options can include epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, occipital nerve blocks, and joint injections. The physician explains the purpose, suitability, and expected follow-up for the option under consideration. Treatment choices depend on the individual clinical assessment.

Why do medication details matter during a pain visit?

Medication details matter because current and recent medicines affect treatment safety. Bring medication bottles or a written list that includes prescribed medicines, over-the-counter products, and supplements. Tell the physician about reactions or concerns. Our team uses that information with the examination and injury history when discussing targeted pain relief.

Can auto accident patients use MedPay or an attorney lien?

Eligible auto accident patients may use MedPay or an attorney lien for care. The arrangement depends on eligibility and the patient’s case information. Premier Injury Specialists helps patients understand the available payment pathway during the intake process. Ask about the arrangement before treatment so the financial discussion matches the planned care.
